NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is sponsored by Arrow Publications, LLC (Arrow) sometimes referred to herein as the "Sponsor" and all references to Sponsor shall, unless otherwise indicated, be deemed to be Arrow Publications.

A new "Ladies Night In" contest begins at 12:01 AM EDT on April 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 3, 2008. The first random weekly drawing will be held on April 10, 2008 at 12:01 PM EDT. Subsequent weekly contests will begin every Friday at 12:01 PM EDT/EST and end the following Thursday at 11:59 PM EDT/EST with a random drawing held the next day (Friday) at 12:01 PM EDT/EST. Winners name will be posted on the Winner Page within five (5) days of the drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on July 11, 2008 at 12:01 PM EST and announced during the week of July 13, 2008. Dates for future weekly and grand prize drawings will be announced at a later date.

WHO CAN ENTER: Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Arrow, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, prize givers, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate families (meaning spouses, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household as any of the above employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:
1. First time participants must register for the contest at www.myromancestory.com/ladiesNight/index.php. Participants who registered for one of the previous "Ladies Night In" contests should use their same login (e-mail address).
2. Once logged in participants will be taken to a webpage where they have to answer two (2) questions correctly (one for each of the day's free stories) to qualify for the weekly prize.
3. All participants have the opportunity to read the daily free stories as many times as they want before answering these questions.
4. Only one (1) answer for each of the two (2) questions can be accepted a day.
5. There is no limit to the number of days during the week that they can participate.
6. Friday's stories and questions will remain up through Saturday and Sunday. Participants can answer one time per day on those days in addition to Friday.
7. If both questions are answered correctly then participants qualifies for the weekly drawing and for the grand prize drawing.
8. Playing each day of the contest will increase your chances of winning both the weekly drawing and the grand prize drawing.
9. All weekly entries that have a set of correct answers will be included in the grand prize drawing.
10. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the individual in whose name the email account is registered.
11. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: Potential weekly winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be notified by an email sent to the address provided at the time of registration. To qualify, all winners must notify Sponsor within two (2) business day of their acceptance of the prizes. Winner's names will be posted at ww.myromancestory.com/ladiesNight/index.php by 5 PM EDT/EST within five (5) business days of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of times participant plays. If prize notification for a weekly drawing is returned as undeliverable or if a winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, one alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing within two (2) business days of the date winner is determined to be ineligible. If alternate winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held.

Potential grand prize drawing winner will be selected from among all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on July 11, 2008 at 12:01 PM EST from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days after the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, one alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing within five (5) business days of the date winner is determined to be ineligible. If alternate winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held.

WHAT CAN YOU WIN: Weekly winners will receive a "Ladies Night In" survival kit containing romantic items such as romance fiction books, oils, CDs, etc with a total value of nearly $40. Grand prize winners (one per contest period) will receive gifts and/or prizes valued at more than $1,000.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one grand prize per household. Winner is responsible for all taxes and all expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize and not specified herein. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of each prize. Prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Awarding of this prize does not constitute an endorsement by Arrow or its affiliates. Prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability.

DISCLAIMER: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their designees to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrant (i) agrees to release and hold Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Contest or misuse, nonuse or use of the prize; (ii) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorney' fees or any damages incurred to enter; and (iii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and judges which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, garbled, delayed or undelivered entries or referrals; or for technical hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, lost, unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit an individual's ability to participate. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, or to disqualify any implicated entrant(s), (and their entries) if any fraud, virus, actions by entrants, technical or other error or problem, or any other occurrence corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the event or action warranting such cancellation. In the event this Contest is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted at www.myromancestory.com/ladiesNight/index.php. However, Sponsor is not liable in case of cancellation. Additional there is no cash value assigned to the prize.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. In the event of such a dispute or in the event a potential winner entered via Internet and a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry and any damage made to the web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized account holder. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other error relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials; or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest.
