| The final weekly winner in our first “Ladies Night In” contest is Lisa Garner of Auxvasse, Callaway County, MO. Garner, the married mother of three, describes herself as a busy stay at home mom. She tells us one of her favorite things to do on a night-out is watch the sunset down at the river before going out for a special supper and a romantic movie. Sounds like an evening all of us would envy. For a fun night-in she makes popcorn and cuddles with her family to watch a funny movie.
We also learned that her favorite color is pink and she’s a Sagittarius. As our “Discover Your Romance Signs” column explains, Sagittarius women are adventurous, open-minded, and extremely cerebral. If you’ve ever experienced a summer in our nation’s capital you’ll be able to relate. Vice adds he and his wife will enjoy a romantic evening that gives them a little break from their energetic toddler…before their next child arrives in December. | Rakesha Mothersill, who describes herself as fun loving, adventurous and a risk taker, comes from Coram, Suffolk County, New York. Mothersill is single, but says she’s patiently waiting for that special someone. A night-in means a chance to hang out with friends and relax. She loves DVD nights that turn into slumber parties with her girlfriends. Often they end up pigging out and talking about which guys are cute! But with a special guy, a night-in becomes an opportunity to cuddle and reconnect after a busy week. Of course there would be lots of back rubs for her. On a night-out she loves going out for BBQ, to the movies, or playing video games. Although she says she is mostly a “watcher” with the video games. And this Libra has a serious side since she also enjoys museums such as the American Museum of Natural History and the Museum of Modern Art in nearby New York City.
Mothersill tells us her favorite colors are stormy weather, which she describes as a dark gray, neon colors and black depending on her mood. | We are please to welcome another gentleman to our list of winners in the “Ladies Night In” contest. Andrew Berg comes from Reading, Massachusetts, which is just outside Boston. He was excited about his win, which he says, “Is so out of the blue and so cool.” Berg, who describes himself as somewhere in between married and single, tells us that he entered the contest at the urging of a friend. “My friend sent me here, after hinting how nice it would be if somebody (that is, me) were to win,” explains Berg. We certainly hope Berg and his friend enjoy the prizes in the “Ladies Night In” survival kit. Just about everything inside can be enjoyed alone or with a friend. While Berg didn’t share his thoughts on a favorite night-out, we doubt he’d say no to three nights out at Les Bons Matins, B&B were he to win our grand prize drawing! |

| Week 10’s very appreciative winner is Louise Brown of Delavan, Wisconsin. Delavan, with a population of nearly 8,000, is famous for being the birthplace of the P.T. Barnum Circus—The Greatest Show on Earth. This must make it a fun place to live for Brown, who describes herself as a tired librarian and married mother of two. This book lover tells us that one of her favorite things to do on a night-in is read and relax. When talking about good reads, she mentioned our recent release, “A Complicated Affair,” by Amen Henriques and A. J. Neale. Brown, a purple-loving Gemini, is obviously a people-person since a fun night-out includes talking and laughing with friends. It was one of those friends who told her about the “Ladies Night In” Contest. This is not the first time this lucky winner has won a contest. She tells that she once won a boat for her dad. |
